I have worked in the environmental and sustainability fields for over 25 years, facilitating behaviour change workshops, guiding outdoors and working with volunteers and the First Nations community. My passion for connecting with others and helping people make positive changes in their life is a driving force for me.

Through Deep Breath Nature Therapy, I am bringing together my knowledge of the outdoors and neuroscience to provide a unique meditation and mindset redirection. Known by the Japanese as ‘shinrinyoku - forest bathing’ and ingrained in Traditional Cultures, I provide slow time in nature (literally or through visualisation) decreasing stress hormones, heart rate and blood pressure while boosting your immune system.
